Mid-Senior ML Engineer

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled ML Engineer to build and maintain the data infrastructure that drives our AI systems. This includes creating both streaming and batch data pipelines. You will be responsible for designing and developing feature pipelines using PySpark, manage ML inference and feature engineering pipelines on Databricks and deploying and managing models in production (versioning, registry, serving with MLflow). Your tasks will also include optimizing SQL queries, monitoring data quality and collaborating with ML scientists to productionize their research.

Qualifications

1. Requires 3+ years of Python development in a data or ML engineering environment. 2. In-depth knowledge of PySpark for debugging and optimizing Spark jobs. 3. Practical experience with Databricks or similar Spark platforms. 4. Previous experience with Kafka or similar streaming platforms. 5. Solid SQL skills applicable to multiple database engines. 6. Familiarity with ML model deployment and serving (MLflow, SageMaker). 7. Experience with Kubernetes. 8. Understanding of data pipeline design and feature engineering. 9. Excellent analytical and data intuition skills. 10. Exposure to recommendation systems or personalization platforms. 11. Familiarity with pipeline orchestration tools (Databricks Asset Bundles, Airflow). 12. Understanding of columnar processing libraries (Polars, pandas). 13. Experience with ML observability, including model performance monitoring. 14. iGaming domain experience is a plus.
