Qualifications

1. Four plus years of relevant experience. 2. Proven experience in collaborative development environments, including pair programming or similar team practices. 3. Proficiency in at least one modern programming language (Python, Java, JavaScript, Go, etc.) with full-stack or service-oriented architecture skills. 4. Strong experience with automated testing, including unit testing and TDD. 5. Practical experience within Agile teams and iterative delivery models. 6. Excellent communication skills, sound technical judgment, and a strong sense of ownership in a team-oriented culture.
