Mid-Market Customer Success Manager

Job Description

Become a Customer Success Manager and help us grow our High Touch Mid-Market Customer Success function. You'll be responsible for implementing, training, and supporting the adoption of Ashby with customers across the EMEA region, partnering closely with a talented team. As a product and domain expert, you'll enable our customers to make the best use of Ashby to drive hiring excellence.

Qualifications

1. Minimum of two years of customer success experience in B2B SaaS, supporting the implementation and adoption of complex technologies. 2. Experience managing four to eight week implementations, while continuing to deliver value throughout the customer journey. 3. Proven experience managing a book of ~60 mid-market customers, exceeding $1.5M in total ARR. 4. Experience developing relationships across a broad set of stakeholders (Sales, Marketing, Product, and Operations). 5. A passion for becoming a product and industry expert, with experience tailoring training and product walk throughs to address customer-specific challenges. 6. Experience with technically complex products and a strong curiosity to explore details.
