Job Description

CI&T is seeking a skilled SDET to champion software quality in our tech transformation initiatives. As a QA Automation Engineer, you will: 1. Design and develop scalable test automation frameworks and scripts. 2. Create and implement test plans and scenarios across diverse platforms. 3. Execute performance, load, and stress testing to ensure system stability. 4. Collaborate with agile teams to refine test strategies and QA practices. 5. Identify and document defects, working closely with developers for resolution. 6. Analyze test results, suggesting improvements for project outcomes. 7. Conduct root cause analysis and support quality analysis across the value stream.

Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you should have: 1. Proven experience as a QA Engineer or SDET. 2. Proficiency in at least one programming language (Java, C#, Python, or JavaScript). 3. Hands-on experience with automation tools (Selenium, Cypress, TestNG, or JUnit). 4. Expertise in API testing tools (Java + any Http client framework). 5. Excellent English communication skills. Nice-to-have Skills: Experience with performance testing tools such as JMeter or LoadRunner. Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
