Mid-Level Project Manager

Job Description

We are seeking a Mid-Level Project Manager to coordinate and track multiple projects across different teams. The ideal candidate will break down initiatives into clear tasks, timelines, and deliverables, monitor progress, dependencies, risks, and blockers, and maintain Jira boards, tickets, and workflows updated and organized. Also, you will maintain clear and standardized documentation in Confluence, lead follow-ups, check-ins, and status updates with stakeholders, escalate delays or risks proactively, and support PMO processes, reporting, and continuous improvement efforts.

Qualifications

1. 3 to 6 years of experience in project management or project coordination. 2. Hands-on experience with Jira, including boards, workflows, and reporting. 3. Experience using Confluence for documentation and collaboration. 4. Strong organizational and time management skills. 5. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. 6. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
