Membership Operations Analyst

Job Description

Seeking an Operations Analyst to manage a book of business and represent the Integrated Accumulations Department for CVS/Caremark. This role involves overseeing transactions between Medical Partners and CVS/Caremark, investigating and correcting transaction errors, and meeting operational metrics. Responsibilities include implementing service for new clients with existing Medical Partners, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in all transactions.

Qualifications

1. Requires at least 1 year of related professional work experience. 2. Requires at least 1 year of experience managing collaborative relationships with internal or external partners. 3. Requires at least 1 year of experience utilizing data for problem-solving and/or addressing process issues. 4. Requires at least 1 year of advanced Microsoft Excel experience. 5. Skillful at analyzing data and processes to pinpoint issues and their underlying causes. 6. Adept at supporting the resolution of routine business and operational challenges. 7. Proficient in collaborating with cross-functional internal teams. 8. Committed to maintaining elevated standards of integrity, precision, and accountability. 9. Possesses a Bachelor's Degree or equivalent practical experience (preferred). 10. Must hold a High School Diploma.
