Member Support Specialist, Bilingual Spanish/English
Job Description
Join Vitable Health as a Member Support Specialist and take ownership of the member experience from the initial contact to issue resolution. Engage with members via phone, email, chat, and SMS to address their questions regarding appointments, prescriptions, lab work, ICHRA/HRA benefits, and plan details. Prioritize member needs in real-time, addressing high-impact issues with urgency and sound judgment. Connect members with appropriate external resources when services fall outside Vitable's scope. Proactively educate members to boost activation and engagement, while also pinpointing workflow gaps to collaborate with leadership in enhancing processes and tooling.
Qualifications
1. 5+ years of experience in customer support, member services, or healthcare operations 2. Bilingual – fluent in Spanish and English (written and spoken) required 3. Strong ability to handle high-volume, high-stakes member interactions with consistency and care 4. Experience with healthcare benefits, ICHRA, HRA, or insurance enrollment a strong plus 5. Familiarity with ticketing and support tools (Zendesk or similar) 6. Based in Mexico or Latin America (required)
