Member Success Manager
Job Description
Become a trusted advisor and build lasting relationships with members and partner suppliers. Drive engagement through presentations and strategic sessions, identifying needs and delivering solutions to meet organizational goals. Represent NCTC at industry events, staying ahead of broadband and telecom trends. Contribute to pipeline development and promote the value of NCTC. Maintain accurate CRM records to evaluate success and identify areas for improvement in alignment with NCTC policies.
Qualifications
1. Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. 2. 3+ years in broadband, telecom, or related member-driven organizations. 3. Strong relationship-building skills. 4. Excellent communication and presentation skills. 5. Ability to translate needs into insights. 6. Understanding of broadband technologies. 7. Comfort with regional travel. 8. Strong organizational skills. 9. Highly motivated self-starter. 10. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; SUGAR CRM a plus.
