Job Description
Engage in proactive outreach, making over 70 calls/SMS daily, to educate members about available clinical programs and health screenings. Leverage data-driven insights and technology to pinpoint member requirements and arrange essential medical appointments. Consistently achieve or surpass established productivity benchmarks while upholding meticulous system documentation. Cultivate strong member connections through empathetic communication and patient support.
Qualifications
1. Minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer-facing role within a high-volume setting. 2. At least 1 year of experience in a healthcare environment is highly desirable. 3. Professional proficiency in both English and Spanish, encompassing written and spoken communication, is mandatory. 4. Demonstrated success in thriving within fast-paced, high-growth work environments. 5. Competence in utilizing digital platforms and navigating internal systems effectively. 6. Willingness to adopt a flexible work schedule to accommodate evolving business needs.
