Medical Director, Care Delivery

Job Description

The Medical Director will: 1. Ensure clinical quality across the provider network, promoting adherence to evidence-based guidelines and company care models. 2. Conduct chart reviews, audits, and quality assurance processes to uphold high standards of care. 3. Spearhead clinical performance improvement initiatives. 4. Directly manage and supervise providers (NPs, W2 MDs, and 1099 MDs). 5. Lead clinical onboarding and training programs for new providers. 6. Cultivate a strong clinical culture emphasizing quality, accountability, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate should have: 1. MD, DO, or NP with an active, unrestricted license. 2. 7+ years of clinical experience, including telehealth or virtual care. 3. 3+ years of leadership experience managing or supervising providers. 4. A strong track record of driving clinical quality and provider performance. 5. Experience working in cross-functional environments with operations and product teams.
