Medical Affairs Scientist, Field Oncology – Breast Cancer Northeast
Job Description
As a Medical Affairs Scientist, you will: - Provide medical-scientific support to regional, national, and international clinical and scientific experts. - Initiate, coordinate, and support a wide range of medical education and research projects. - Collaborate closely within a cross-functional team, including Medical, Marketing, and Sales. - Organize regional and national advisory boards in the field of breast cancer. - Support and evaluate current clinical research results and key publications in relevant oncology indications.
Qualifications
To be considered for the Medical Affairs Scientist role, you should have: 1. A completed degree in Human Medicine, Veterinary Medicine, Pharmacy, or Natural Sciences (qualification pursuant to §75 of the German Medicines Act), including a doctorate. 2. Professional experience in the pharmaceutical industry within Medical Affairs with a focus on oncology (ideally breast cancer). 3. Deep medical-pharmaceutical expertise (including scientific methodology and interpretation of clinical trials relevant to oncology indications, ideally breast cancer). 4. Experience in project management, with digital communication tools, and in networking. 5. Fluent German (minimum level C1) and very good English language skills. 6. A valid driving license (Class B) and flexibility for regular business travel.
