Material Planning Analyst – 1st Shift

Job Description

Engage in wave planning processes and applications to ensure optimal workflow within the facility. Offer planning support and technical oversight as outlined by departmental procedures for our clients. Execute planning processes and activities in accordance with established procedures and management guidelines. Investigate methods to decrease costs, refine processes, and enhance output. Employ data analytics and statistical tools to identify bottlenecks and propose flow improvements. Apply root cause analysis, Pareto analysis, A3, and other problem-solving techniques to promote ongoing enhancement in planning and overall operational workflows.

Qualifications

1. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent related work or military experience. 2. 1 year of experience with complex demand planning activities. 3. Experience developing inventory and supply/demand models within a supply chain, manufacturing or distribution environment. 4. Experience with Microsoft Office, including advanced Excel skills.
