Mass Tort Data Analyst – Lien Resolution

Job Description

Join ZipLiens as a Mass Tort Data Analyst focused on lien resolution. In this role, you will: 1. Obtain, validate, and organize large client data sets for the Zipliens platform. 2. Maintain data accuracy, timeliness, and efficiency. 3. Manage recurring data exchanges with external agencies (Medicare, LRP vendors, Medicaid). 4. Deliver customized reporting solutions and visualizations. 5. Improve onboarding and file delivery processes with client data teams. 6. Identify workflow inefficiencies and lead optimization initiatives. 7. Document processes and standards for internal consistency and knowledge sharing. 8. Partner with developers to define requirements and support tool development. 9. Provide leadership with metrics, KPIs, and data-driven recommendations. 10. Communicate data challenges and solutions effectively.

Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you should have: 1. Prior experience in the personal injury, mass tort, or lien processing industry. 2. 4+ years of experience in data analysis, operations, or reporting. 3. Advanced proficiency in Excel; exposure to SQL or BI tools (Tableau, Power BI). 4. Strong problem-solving abilities. 5. Comfort balancing multiple projects and working autonomously. 6. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 7. Professionalism, self-sufficiency, and readiness for remote work. 8. A Bachelor’s degree in a technical or analytical field (preferred).
