Job Description

Analyze quantitative and qualitative data from the entire customer journey. Extract key insights from research, raw data (SQL/Python), and customer conversations to create validated journeys and business requirements. Conduct thorough investigations across product, policy, and operations to identify and address underlying issues. Develop actionable recommendations and implement effective solutions to prevent recurring systemic challenges. Uncover impactful insights that inform decision-makers about improvements benefiting customers and the business. Clearly communicate findings, trade-offs, and potential upsides for strategic investments. Monitor community health and emerging trends through dashboards, feedback loops, and early-warning systems. Oversee sentiment, quality, and equity indicators, investigating significant changes or anomalies. Serve as the initial escalation point for critical shifts, both positive and negative, communicating them to relevant stakeholders. Partner with cross-functional teams to translate insights into actions that enhance the community experience.

Qualifications

1. Bachelor's degree (MBA or equivalent preferred) with 7+ years of experience in consulting, investment banking, strategy, business analytics, marketplace dynamics, or customer insights. 2. Proven ability to perform root cause analysis and manage intricate investigations across product, policy, and operations. 3. Expert proficiency in SQL for data extraction and manipulation. 4. Advanced skills in data visualization tools (Superset, Tableau) and data analysis using Python/R. 5. Familiarity with large language model (LLM) tools for research and synthesis. 6. Demonstrated commercial-mindedness and business acumen, connecting analytical findings to financial outcomes. 7. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, breaking down complex data for senior audiences. 8. Deeply customer-oriented philosophy, thriving at the intersection of community dynamics and business models. 9. Agile, growth-minded approach, driving projects from ideation to impact. 10. Strong organizational skills, ownership, accountability, and self-starter.
