Job Description

Spearhead and implement marketing strategies for Clinical Assessment in France and Canada, aligning with revenue and growth goals. Develop integrated campaigns across digital platforms, balancing brand enhancement and lead generation. Translate market needs into campaign plans, segment audiences, and allocate budgets effectively. Collaborate with sales teams to align campaigns with priorities, key accounts, and sales tactics. Analyze market trends and data to inform decisions and optimize investments. Ensure messaging resonates with clinicians and respects local practices. Manage campaign execution, produce relevant assets, and maintain brand consistency. Serve as a key marketing contact and represent the customer's voice in planning and execution. Track and communicate campaign performance, continuously improving outcomes.

Qualifications

1. Fluency in French and English (written and spoken) is essential. 2. A minimum of 5 years' experience in marketing, ideally within healthcare, education, or related fields. 3. Proven success in delivering integrated marketing campaigns aligned with revenue and growth targets. 4. Must reside in France, the UK, or Canada. 5. Strong background in digital marketing, campaign development, and content creation. 6. Proficiency with marketing analytics and CRM tools (GA4, Tableau, Salesforce preferred). 7. A Bachelor's degree in a related field is required or equivalent experience.
