As a Marketing Science Partner, you'll spearhead measurement strategies for Compass brands, ensuring data-driven insights guide our marketing efforts. You'll lead end-to-end measurement discussions, from project initiation to delivering actionable recommendations. Your role involves interpreting complex data for non-technical audiences, making findings accessible and impactful. You'll also support the sales team as a subject matter expert, providing valuable insights to drive client success. Furthermore, you'll play a crucial role in shaping our product roadmap by providing an external perspective, ensuring our solutions align with market needs.

Qualifications

1. Requires 5+ years of experience managing paid media on platforms like Meta, Google, or TikTok, demonstrating a deep understanding of platform mechanics and attribution models. 2. Must possess hands-on experience in marketing performance at scale, showcasing your ability to drive results. 3.
