Marketing & Sales Support, Summer Trainee

Job Description

As a Marketing & Sales Support Summer Trainee, you'll be instrumental in the smooth operation of global sales and marketing initiatives. Your responsibilities include: - Assisting in global Sales and Marketing activities in day-to-day operations. - Maintaining and updating customer and partner data in our CRM system, such as HubSpot. - Contributing to the creation of sales materials, presentations, and customer communications. - Monitoring leads, campaigns, and sales activities. - Facilitating internal coordination between Sales, Marketing, and other teams. - Actively participating in process improvement and data quality development.

Qualifications

To excel in this Summer Trainee role, you should possess: 1. Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in fields like Marketing, Business/Economics, Sales, Communications, or Technology-oriented studies. 2. A strong attitude and motivation are highly valued, outweighing extensive experience. 3. Previous experience with a CRM tool, particularly HubSpot, is advantageous, but we are willing to provide learning support.
