Marketing Project Manager
Job Description
We are looking for a Marketing Project Manager to coordinate cross-functional marketing projects, ensuring timely delivery across teams. Manage the operational execution of advertising campaigns, including creative uploads, updates, and tracking deadlines. Handle partner communications, documentation, and campaign coordination. Maintain and update reports, assisting with data collection and campaign tracking. Manage affiliate program operations, including application reviews, onboarding, and payout coordination. Resolve operational incidents and handle high-priority manual tasks.
Qualifications
1. 1-2 years of experience in cultural institutions, media, or design-driven products. 2. Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and large volumes of operational work. 3. Experience working cross-functionally (marketing, design, content, development, external partners). 4. Analytical mindset with data reporting experience (weekly/monthly tracking). 5. Familiarity with task management tools and coordination processes. 6. Basic understanding of digital marketing channels (paid ads, email, partnerships, affiliates). 7. High level of autonomy and independence, with strong communication skills. 8. Fluent spoken and written English.
