Marketing Platform Specialist
Job Description
Drive impactful digital marketing campaigns using Account Engagement and Salesforce CRM data. Develop and oversee campaign automations to strategically target and convert customers throughout their buyer journey. Partner with the Senior Digital Marketing Manager on campaign strategy and execution. Manage product listings, imagery, and content within Salesforce Commerce Cloud, ensuring the platform offers a seamless shopping experience. Use customer feedback and site analytics to identify improvements, and track key metrics to refine marketing tactics. Serve as the main regional contact for eCommerce, supporting various teams, and introduce innovative ideas to boost workflows and campaign effectiveness. Stay updated on industry trends and Salesforce updates to maintain peak performance.
Qualifications
1. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Information Systems, or a related area. 2. Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience with Salesforce Commerce Cloud and Account Engagement; proficiency in managing campaigns, automations, and eCommerce sites. 3. Demonstrated experience in executing eCommerce and digital marketing strategies to generate leads, revenue, and engagement. 4. Strong analytical skills; ability to collect and interpret marketing and eCommerce data. 5. Effective project management skills; capable of managing multiple projects and collaborating across teams. 6. Understanding of digital marketing technologies (SEO, SEM, social media, mobile). 7. Familiarity with Salesforce CRM and SAP systems is a benefit. 8. Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities. 9. Capability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced setting. 10. Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written). 11. Willingness to travel approximately 10%.
