Job Description
Seeking a Marketing Operations Manager to oversee web platform execution and content operations for Honor's aging care services. The role involves managing CMS operations, ensuring web quality and consistency, and scaling AI-powered content workflows. The Marketing Operations Manager will collaborate with various departments to enhance digital presence across markets. Partner with marketing, franchise owners, legal, product, design, and engineering teams. Build and maintain internal web operations documentation. Support performance tracking and insights.
Qualifications
1. Requires 3-6 years of experience in web production, content creation, digital operations, growth ops, or a similar role. 2. Experience working with CMS platforms (Sanity or similar) is essential. 3. Strong organizational and project management skills are needed. 4. Must be comfortable working cross-functionally with marketing, product, design, engineering, and legal teams. 5. Experience using AI tools to support content creation, workflows, or productivity is necessary. 6. Experience with analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Mixpanel) and translating data into insights is required. 7. Must have strong attention to detail and a sense of ownership. 8. Needs to be scrappy and willing to wear many hats.
