Marketing Operations Business Partner
Job Description
Become a Marketing Operations Business Partner and optimize lead lifecycles. Audit the end-to-end lead lifecycle to ensure complete tracking accuracy and resolve conversion points. Serve as the key link between sales and marketing, translating sales feedback into marketing process improvements. Design and refine lead scoring models and automated routing to ensure high-value prospects reach the sales team quickly. Set standards for data hygiene and oversee lead source attribution to accurately capture marketing’s impact on revenue. Evaluate workflows to reduce friction and leverage new tools or AI features to improve efficiency. Develop scalable processes for lead handling and ensure consistent execution across the organization.
Qualifications
1. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Data Analytics, or a related field. 2. 4–6 years of experience in Marketing Operations or Revenue Operations within a SaaS-based company, with a proven track record of managing lead lifecycles. 3. Strong understanding of B2B marketing funnels, including lead scoring, multi-touch attribution, and automated routing. 4. Excellent cross-functional communication skills, with experience acting as a liaison between marketing and sales leadership. 5. Strategic thinker with a deep technical foundation in marketing technology and data analytics. 6. Demonstrated ability to design and document scalable operational processes (SOPs). 7. Preferred Qualifications: Professional certifications in Salesforce (Admin) or Marketing Automation Platforms (e.g., Pardot); experience in the SaaS or healthcare industry is a plus.
