Take strategic and operational responsibility for our clients' marketing. Develop marketing strategies across content, performance, networking, and cold outreach. Manage campaigns on LinkedIn and Meta, brief and lead external specialists, and collaborate with our clients as an equal partner. Focus on qualified leads and revenue growth, not just clicks or impressions. Drive successful marketing initiatives and achieve tangible business outcomes.
Qualifications
1. Several years of marketing experience, ideally in coaching, consulting, or agency environments. 2. Solid expertise in performance marketing (LinkedIn, Meta) with the ability to connect it to strategy. 3. Confident handling of KPIs, funnels, and tracking – you know which metrics matter. 4. Hands-on experience with AI tools in day-to-day marketing. 5. Proven experience working remotely – you can self-structure, communicate proactively, and deliver results without supervision. 6. Entrepreneurial mindset: you don’t wait for instructions; you bring proposals. 7. Strong communication skills – including the willingness to voice dissent when there’s a better way.
