Marketing Commercialisation Manager

Job Description

Spearhead and manage the go-to-market (GTM) commercialization strategy. Act as the primary coordinator for product and feature rollouts, overseeing schedules, interconnected tasks, and alignment across various departments. Establish and uphold adaptable GTM structures, including launch guidelines, readiness assessments, and phased implementation strategies. Determine precise audience groups, adoption objectives, and performance indicators for each launch initiative. Administer finances, timelines, and resources to guarantee effective and streamlined execution. Synchronize launch activities involving Product Marketing, Content, Brand, Sales Enablement, and Sales teams. Chair GTM preparedness meetings, preemptively identify potential challenges, and make informed go/no-go decisions. Team up with Sales and Enablement to provide teams with essential messaging, resources, and tools. Work alongside Product and Sales divisions to pinpoint key pilot clients and conduct initial adoption programs. Collect and analyze consumer insights to enhance positioning and refine launch readiness. Keep tabs on adoption patterns and assist field teams in prioritizing implementation endeavors. Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as adoption rate, activation, usage, and preliminary revenue indicators. Collaborate with Data and Analytics teams to evaluate effectiveness, identify obstacles, and suggest enhancements. Develop monitoring panels and deliver consistent performance updates to leadership regarding commercialization efforts. Record discoveries and oversee post-launch evaluations to improve operational processes. Formulate standardized, adaptable GTM procedures applicable across the product range. Promote responsibility and synergy among Product, Sales, Marketing, and Operations teams.

Qualifications

1. Bachelor’s degree or comparable professional experience. 2. Over 5 years of involvement in GTM operations, program/project administration, commercialization, product activities, or marketing endeavors. 3. Demonstrated success in launching and expanding products, functionalities, or propositions. 4. Robust project management capabilities, adept at directing intricate, cross-functional projects. 5. Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills across diverse teams including Product, Sales, Customer Service, User Experience, Legal, and Operations. 6. Analytical aptitude with the capacity to convert data and insights into viable recommendations. 7. Highly structured, forward-thinking, and capable of handling numerous simultaneous projects.
