Marketing & AI Integrator, Virtual Assistant

Job Description

We are looking for a Marketing & AI Integrator Virtual Assistant to drive client acquisition and enhance content marketing strategies. Key Responsibilities: * Execute targeted marketing campaigns to attract property owners and generate tenant leads, supporting a goal of adding 4–6 new doors monthly. * Optimize campaign performance using data-driven insights. * Create, refine, and publish 10–12 property listings each month, ensuring descriptions are SEO-optimized and visually compelling. * Manage social media by creating and scheduling 10–12 posts weekly across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and YouTube. * Produce 1–2 engaging YouTube videos per week. * Develop and manage marketing funnels, campaigns, and lead nurturing workflows. * Maintain seamless data flow between internal platforms, with light optimization as needed. * Provide weekly performance reports detailing leads generated, listing performance, engagement metrics, and KPI progress.

Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you should possess: 1. Comprehensive knowledge of GoHighLevel (funnels, workflows, campaigns). 2. Demonstrated experience in social media management and content creation. 3. Experience in designing and executing lead generation and marketing campaigns. 4. Familiarity with automation tools such as Zapier. 5. Fundamental understanding of AI tools for marketing and analytics. 6. Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal. 7. Exceptional organizational skills, self-motivation, and the ability to meet deadlines consistently.
