Job Description

Drive internal sales goals and enhance account relationships using established systems. Deepen understanding of the beer sector, brewing methods, and diverse product offerings. Identify fresh business prospects while nurturing existing accounts. Communicate effectively with wholesalers, retailers, and colleagues, delivering impactful presentations. Leverage data to formulate strategies and spot opportunities within the launch region. Cultivate robust connections with wholesalers and retailers by offering guidance and training across the designated area. Regularly assess progress against established goals and tactics, sharing findings with cross-functional teams and leadership. Manage the launch budget in line with sales initiatives. Conduct regular planning meetings to gauge current progress against objectives.

Qualifications

1. Bachelor's Degree required. 2. Minimum 2 years of experience in sales and/or the food and beverage sector. 3. Proven experience in wholesaler management. 4. Strong ability to develop and sustain sales relationships. 5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. 6. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. 7. Ability to collaborate effectively across various business units and teams. 8. Willingness to travel for meetings and training sessions as required.
