Job Description

Become the market's go-to labor expert, performing MOD Reviews and delivering strategic analysis and recommendations to boost in-store labor hour efficiency. Support team members with tech issues, ensuring tools are used effectively for in-store execution and Perfect Store compliance. Meet coaching needs through a strong in-field presence, helping teams with data-driven advice and performance discussions based on fact-based analytics. Examine retail performance data across KPIs, Perfect Store metrics, and execution trends to spot strengths, risks, and territory-level opportunities. Design dashboards, reports, and presentations for RDR, DM, RTMs, and the leadership team to enable well-informed decisions and course corrections in a fast-paced setting. Work with Capability, Sales Strategy, and Operations teams to match insights with execution and training goals and support strategic planning and territory optimization by highlighting trends and guiding resource allocation. Offer ad hoc analysis to aid initiatives, tech rollouts, and decision-making across the market. Create and finalize content for team calls, including performance summaries, strategic updates, and coaching insights; summarize meeting and call notes with clear follow-ups and next steps to ensure alignment and accountability.

Qualifications

1. Bachelor’s degree is a must. 2. 3–5 years in data analysis, business intelligence, or similar roles. 3. Expertise in Excel, Power BI, Salesforce, or other analytics tools. 4. Exceptional communication and storytelling skills. 5. Background in retail or CPG is preferable.
