Job Description

Lumio Dental is seeking a Manager of University Partnerships to enhance our recruiting efforts. This role involves: - Conducting in-person recruiting through tours and site visits for prospective dentists, showcasing our offices and surrounding areas. - Managing recruits' visits, schedules, and travel arrangements to ensure a smooth and informative experience. - Sustaining relationships with members of provider networks, promoting collaboration and engagement. - Recruiting new providers and managing the relationship, serving as a key point of contact. - Being a dedicated resource for providers seeking partnership with Lumio Dental, offering guidance and support. - Presenting and negotiating provider contracts to establish mutually beneficial agreements. - Working closely with the Onboarding and Credentialing teams to facilitate a seamless transition for new partners. - Assisting with doctor renewals to ensure continued engagement and satisfaction. - Collaborating directly with Regional Managers, Office Managers, Partner Doctors, and Clinical Directors to schedule office visits. - Working closely with the Sr. Manager of University Partnerships for events such as lunch and learns, dinner and learns, vendor, and career fairs, enhancing our presence and engagement in the dental community.

Qualifications

To succeed in this role, candidates should possess: 1. A Bachelor’s Degree; experience as a recruiter, in sales, training, marketing, or business development is advantageous. 2. Prior experience working in the dental or healthcare industry. 3. A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for site visits and recruiting events. 4. Previous recruiting or business development experience is beneficial.
