Manager, Trade Shows – Events
Job Description
Join PatientPoint as a Manager, Trade Shows & Events and play a pivotal role in shaping our event strategy. Collaborate with the VP of Events and the Provider Solutions Marketing and Sales teams to identify key trade shows and events. Manage all aspects of trade show and event logistics, including sponsor relations, speaker coordination, booth staffing, registration, and marketing materials. Ensure smooth on-site operations, monitor budgets, and evaluate event performance against KPIs. Support marketing program execution and partner with Corporate Communications to schedule pre- and post-show communications. Travel to event locations as needed.
Qualifications
1. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Hospitality, Project Management, or a related field. 2. 5-8 years of experience in B2B trade show and event management. 3. Excellent project management skills. 4. Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. regularly for display material setup.
