Join our team as a Manager in Sustainability Consulting and play a crucial role in shaping the future of sustainable business practices. You will define processes and drive team growth, independently manage key clients in carbon management (CCF, PCF, and Net-Zero Management), and develop strategies to enhance long-term client relationships. Your insights will directly influence our software development, ensuring its effectiveness in validating sustainability efforts. Participate in the preparation and execution of strategic projects, making a tangible impact on our mission to promote environmental responsibility.

Qualifications

1. Fluent German (C2) 2. At least 3 years of experience in sustainability consulting or a corporate sustainability department with a focus on CCF/PCF or sustainability strategy. 3. Minimum 1 year of team management experience 4. Hands-on mentality; proactively drives initiatives forward 5. Team player who works closely with key interfaces across the company 6. Strong ability to navigate and manage challenging topics 7. Experience in project management 8. Enjoys setting up and optimizing processes 9. Motivated to change the status quo and support companies in their first steps toward sustainability 10. Excellent communication skills 11. Willingness and ability to quickly learn and engage with diverse topics 12. Enjoy supporting clients on their sustainability journey 13. High standards for quality
