Join our team as a Manager, Specialty Pharmacy, and take the helm in overseeing pharmacy operations and staff within our specialty medical practices. Your key responsibilities will include: - Providing expert supervision to pharmacists and pharmacy care coordinators, ensuring top-notch service within specialty medical practices. - Managing day-to-day specialty pharmacy clinic operations, guaranteeing smooth and efficient workflows. - Collaborating closely with the central pharmacy fulfillment team to optimize medication delivery and patient care. - Playing a pivotal role in the development and execution of strategic initiatives designed to enhance specialty pharmacy operations. - Diligently monitoring key performance indicators to drive continuous improvement in all aspects of our specialty pharmacy services. - Working hand-in-hand with internal medical group personnel to foster seamless and effective communication channels. - Conducting thorough internal audits of specialty clinical documentation, maintaining the highest standards of accuracy and compliance. - Partnering with leadership to rigorously evaluate clinic performance and contribute to budget updates, ensuring financial sustainability and growth.

Qualifications

To excel in this role, you'll need: 1. A Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or a Doctorate of Pharmacy. 2. Preferably 1 - 3 years of pharmacy management experience. 3. A valid Kentucky Board of Pharmacy license. 4. 2 - 3 years of experience in an ambulatory/specialty pharmacy setting.
