Job Description

Join GHX as a Manager, Services Portfolio and take ownership of optimizing our product portfolio. You'll analyze market trends, segmentation, and competitive landscapes to identify business opportunities. Collaborate closely with Managed Services delivery teams to craft product roadmaps that boost service margins and deliver exceptional customer value. Translate business and customer needs into clear, actionable requirements, guiding an offshore development team. Maintain a well-groomed product backlog with user stories and acceptance criteria. Drive sprint planning, backlog grooming, and collaborate with stakeholders on go-to-market strategies to achieve revenue goals and competitively position our solutions for growth. Manage the product lifecycle, monitor product performance, and review internal metrics to ensure profitability. Shape product roadmaps that reflect our vision and address market challenges.

Qualifications

1. Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline or equivalent experience. 2. Minimum of 5 years in product management. 3. Experience managing a team of analysts is essential. 4. Prior experience in the healthcare industry is preferred. 5. Experience with SaaS delivered applications and business models is highly advantageous. 6. Proven process optimization skills. 7. Demonstrated ability to drive results independently and collaboratively. 8. A proactive approach to projects, ensuring completion. 9. Technical aptitude to understand product dynamics and suggest enhancements. 10. Strong executive presence and communication skills. 11. Collaborative mindset with cross-functional teamwork ability. 12. Excellent leadership skills and self-direction. 13. Sound project management skills with strong organization. 14. Willingness to travel up to 25% is required.
