Manager, Sales Engineering

Job Description

SailPoint is looking for a Manager of Sales Engineering to lead our A/NZ team. This role involves hiring, coaching, and driving a high-performing Solution Engineering team to achieve goals. Key responsibilities include managing team performance, demonstrating analytical and problem-solving skills, and improving the sales methodology. The Manager will also assess training needs, implement programs to enhance skills, and work with sales directors on strategy and account planning. Providing feedback to corporate functions and managing relationships with product teams is also essential.

Qualifications

1. Requires 5+ years of experience as a sales engineering manager and 5+ years as a sales engineer. 2. Requires excellent communication skills, including experience speaking to technical and business audiences. 3. Requires understanding of identity security solutions, market dynamics, and best practices.
