Job Description

Seeking a Manager to spearhead Sales Enablement and optimize monetization across partner operations at Avanquest. This role involves analyzing performance trends, defining targets, and leading performance reviews with partners. Responsibilities include overseeing training material development, ensuring content standardization, and refining sales strategies based on insights. The ideal candidate will collaborate with product teams and manage a team of specialists to drive revenue growth and customer outcomes. This position is fully remote, based in France.

Qualifications

1. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or equivalent experience 2. 7+ years of experience in call center sales, monetization, or CX performance 3. 5+ years of experience in people management 4. Fluency in both French and English is required 5. Strong experience in sales performance management, training, or enablement 6. Proven ability to drive revenue growth through indirect (partner-led) teams 7. Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills 8. Experience working with external partners or BPO environments 9. Comfortable in fast-paced, performance-driven environments
