Manager – Revenue Operations
Job Description
The Revenue Operations Manager is responsible for refining and scaling the end-to-end revenue operating model across Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success. The role involves designing operating rhythms to drive execution discipline, forecasting accuracy, and cross-functional alignment. You will own and evolve seller productivity frameworks, build and run structured forecasting processes, establish pipeline governance standards, and optimize the full revenue lifecycle. Defining and continuously refining our Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) and Customer Account Planning Database (CAPDB) strategy to sharpen market focus and prioritization. Also, you'll lead territory design and coverage planning, own revenue analytics and reporting architecture, and architect and evolve the company's Go-To-Market (GTM) technology and AI strategy.
Qualifications
1. Requires 6+ years of Revenue Operations experience within a SaaS environment, with exposure to full-funnel revenue ownership across Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success. 2. Proven track record of refining and scaling GTM operating models in scaling SaaS organizations. 3. Strong analytical and modeling capabilities, including forecasting, capacity planning, territory design, and performance analysis. 4. Experience owning or influencing GTM technology strategy, including CRM governance, reporting architecture, and process automation. 5. Demonstrated ability to translate data into clear, executive-ready insights that inform strategic and operational decision-making. 6. Strong cross-functional leadership skills with a proven ability to partner effectively with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Product, and Finance leaders. 7. Sales Operations experience is preferred to support a faster ramp-up, though strong RevOps professionals with full-funnel experience are welcome. 8. A professional who can improve and evolve the RevOps framework.
