Manager, National Field Training – Psychiatry

Join AbbVie as a National Training Manager and play a pivotal role in shaping the skills and knowledge of our field sales team within the psychiatry division. You'll design and deliver impactful training solutions, ensuring alignment with both Training & Development and Brand Strategy. Forge strong relationships with key stakeholders at all levels, provide coaching and feedback to National Field Trainers, and tailor training techniques to individual needs. Lead cross-functional initiatives and special projects to enhance the capabilities of our commercial organization. Qualifications

To thrive in this role, you'll need: 1. A Bachelor's degree. 2. 5+ years of field sales experience in the pharmaceutical industry, either as an Account Executive or District Manager, or 2+ years of sales training experience. 3. A comprehensive understanding of applicable regulations and standards affecting Pharmaceutical Products (e.g., CFR 210/211, cGMP). 4. Proven experience leading projects with regional or national impact. 5. A high-performing sales track record and a strong grasp of what drives success in a commercial organization.
