Manager, Mid-Market Customer Success

Job Description

Take the lead in guiding, mentoring, and expanding a top-tier Mid-Market Customer Success team. Transform the existing SMB structure into a Mid-Market strategy. Monitor and share adoption and engagement metrics across the team. Directly oversee a collection of key accounts. Spearhead contract renewals and discover opportunities for growth. Work closely with Sales, Product, and Marketing to uncover valuable insights for enhanced customer experience and business development.

Qualifications

1. Possess 5+ years of experience in B2B SaaS Customer Success or Account Management. 2. Have extensive knowledge of using CS platforms (e.g., Gainsight, ChurnZero) and CRM systems. 3. Be adept at using data insights and segmentation for effective prioritization. 4. Demonstrate exceptional communication skills for conveying complex value propositions. 5. Exhibit a proactive and collaborative attitude with a strong drive for action.
