Manager, IPP&C Earned Value Analyst
Job Description
Join RTX as an IPP&C Earned Value Analyst Manager and play a crucial role in ensuring compliance with corporate, department, and government policies. Conduct EVMS Internal Surveillance Reviews (ISRs) and support Joint Surveillance Reviews (JSRs). Collaborate with programs and DCMA, addressing Corrective Action Requests (CAR). Identify EVM training needs and deliver effective solutions. Attend program meetings, evaluate EVM data, and promote standard processes. Support the deployment of EVM processes, contribute to company initiatives, and aid in maintaining the EV System. Train and mentor program team members to enhance EVM maturity and improve processes. Partner with Program teams to meet and manage EVM requirements. Travel up to 10% may be required.
Qualifications
1. Requires a University Degree with a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree with 5 years of experience, or 12 years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree. 2. Must be a U.S. citizen to access the financial management system due to government contractual requirements. 3. Practical experience in applying EVMS principles. 4. Experience in Program Controls and/or Analysis. 5. Experience with internal and/or external EVMS Surveillance (ISA / JSA). 6. Thorough knowledge of Government EVM reporting and compliance. 7. Experience in Training and Process Improvement. 8. Familiarity with EVM resources (i.e. SAP, Cobra, forProject). 9. Advanced Excel skills are essential.
