Manager, International Account Management – North America Market
Job Description
Lead international account management efforts, focusing on the North America market. Key responsibilities include meeting or exceeding maintenance and cloud sales objectives, crafting renewal strategies to retain and grow business, identifying up-sell opportunities, and managing a team of renewal specialists. You'll also develop sales forecasts via Salesforce, identify at-risk clients early, negotiate favorable terms, and collaborate with cross-functional teams. Drive client partnerships by engaging with high-level executives and identifying process improvement opportunities. Ensure accurate CRM records.
Qualifications
1. Minimum of 2 years' experience in renewal management, consultative sales, or business consulting. 2. Solid experience in sales methodologies, prospecting, and proposal development. 3. Minimum of 2 years of experience leading teams. 4. Fluency in English is essential for international market reporting. 5. A Bachelor's degree (BS/BA) is required. 6. Preferred experience within a SaaS model. 7. Familiarity with CRM tools, especially Salesforce.com. 8. Proven ability to identify and implement intelligent changes to business optimization processes. 9. Excellent communication skills for effective interaction at all organizational levels. 10. Demonstrated experience in forecast and result management (churn). 11. Strong people management and leadership abilities. 12. Experience in Process Management. 13. Willingness to travel as needed. 14. Proficiency in Spanish is an advantage.
