Take on the role of Manager, International Account Management, and play a key part in achieving maintenance and cloud sales goals. Craft and execute renewal strategies aimed at retaining and expanding our business. Keep a close watch on metrics, pinpointing opportunities for upselling and ensuring their successful closure. Lead a team of renewal specialists, directing their efforts to meet objectives and follow up on crucial business matters. Develop and oversee sales forecasts using Salesforce.com, aligning them with established targets, strategic initiatives, and operational budgets. Proactively detect at-risk renewal clients early in the process, addressing any challenges that might hinder a successful and timely renewal. Negotiate terms that yield positive outcomes for both Docusign and our valued clients. Take part in our internal customer strategic account process, validating account details and collaborating with Adoption Services to pinpoint customers in need of focused attention. Foster seamless collaboration by liaising with cross-functional teams in a professional manner. Cultivate strong client partnerships through engagement with high-level executives and strategic thinkers, working at all organizational levels to ensure mutually beneficial results. Spot emerging trends and opportunities to optimize the Renewals team's internal processes. Keep meticulous records of all activities within our CRM system, Salesforce.com, to maintain accurate and up-to-date information.

Qualifications

1. Possess a minimum of 2 years experience in renewal management, consultative sales, or business consulting. 2. Demonstrate 2 years or more of proficiency in sales methodologies, enabling effective prospecting within accounts, consulting with clients on business matters, creating compelling proposals, negotiating terms, and successfully closing sales. 3. Have at least 2 years experience leading teams. 4. Exhibit fluency in English, essential for reporting and operating in an international market. 5. Hold a BS/BA degree. 6. Preferred Experience within a SaaS model. 7. Familiarity with CRM tools, especially Salesforce.com. 8. Capable of identifying, critiquing, suggesting, and implementing intelligent enhancements to clients' business optimization processes. 9. Display a strong aptitude for engagement and mastery across diverse domains. 10. Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, facilitating effective interaction at all organizational levels, from individual contributors to C-level executives. 11. Extensive experience in forecast and result management (churn). 12. Strong experience in people management and leadership skills 13. Experience in Process Management. 14. Willingness and ability to travel as necessary 15. Proficiency in Spanish.
