Manager, Information Technology Operations
Job Description
Lead and manage daily operations of various IT teams. Operate within an ITIL-based support model. Own service performance reporting for cloud infrastructure, network services, and SaaS applications. Manage and direct project work for the team. Provide regular reporting to leadership on team performance. Contribute to the planning and execution of application upgrades. Oversee cloud infrastructure and network adjacent services. Leverage ServiceNow as the system of record for IT operations. Partner with ServiceNow platform owners to enhance workflows.
Qualifications
1. Deep, hands-on knowledge of ServiceNow, including incident, request, problem, and change management. 2. Strong expertise in enterprise SaaS platform support and operations. 3. Broad infrastructure and cloud operations knowledge. 4. Proven ability to translate operational data into executive level reporting. 5. 5-7 years of people management experience. 6. Strong leadership in cross functional environments. 7. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
