Job Description

The Manager, DT Business Systems and Transformation, will provide strategic leadership to a team of DT Product Owners and Analysts supporting Operations & Supply Chain applications. This role will own and mature the sustainment operating model by driving standardized processes, consistent documentation, and best-practice adoption. You will lead governance routines including backlog prioritization, Change Control Boards, and cross‑functional decision forums. As the senior escalation leader for complex, cross‑functional, or high‑impact issues, you'll ensure timely resolution and adherence to service‑level expectations. Building strong partnerships with Operations, Supply Chain, and DT/IT teams to ensure clarity of requirements and alignment of priorities, and overseeing sustainment readiness for new applications, including transitions to sustainment, documentation, and knowledge transfer, are crucial. Ensuring Disaster Recovery and IT security compliance activities are completed accurately and on schedule, and driving continuous improvement initiatives to increase process maturity, enhance tools, and improve customer satisfaction are critical. This role requires fostering a culture of accountability, operational excellence, and customer focus across the sustainment team.

Qualifications

1. Minimum 8+ years’ experience in Agile and SAFe methodologies 2. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) or related discipline or equivalent combination of related work experience and schooling in lieu of degree 3. Experience with Agile/SAFe methodologies, including backlog management, requirement definition, governance routines, and process standardization 4. Proficiency with ServiceNow, Jira, Confluence, and documentation standards for sustainment operations
