Job Description

Lead the design, optimization, automation, and governance of the organization's operational and transactional processes. Document and streamline company processes, establishing standards and methodologies. Develop and implement automation and efficiency strategies. Oversee the proper alignment between transactional systems, accounting systems, and external sources. Ensure compliance with daily close SLAs. Drive the evolution of the reconciliation engine towards a more automated model. Define, measure, and report key performance indicators (KPIs) for the area.

Qualifications

1. Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Systems, Administration, Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related fields. 2. Minimum of 3 years of experience in operational process management, transactional and accounting reconciliations, or digital transformation, with at least 2 years leading teams. 3. Proven experience in financial and reconciliation processes, and in the implementation of automation solutions at scale. 4. Desirable experience in regulated industries (banking, payment methods, fintech, insurance, telecommunications). 5. Solid knowledge of transactional and accounting reconciliation processes, reconciliation engines, and matching logic. 6. Proficiency in process management and improvement methodologies (BPMN, Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen). 7. Experience with automation technologies. 8. Accounting and financial knowledge applied to transactional operations. 9. Familiarity with internal control, audit, and regulatory compliance frameworks. 10. Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, Looker) and intermediate-level SQL (desirable).
