Manager, Customer Account – Cruise Line
Job Description
Join Nestlé as a Customer Account Manager and lead partnerships with cruise line operators. This role involves managing senior-level relationships with cruise line stakeholders in procurement, culinary, hotel operations, and brand experience teams. Navigate complex shipboard operations, contract structures, and deployment timelines specific to the cruise industry. Develop effective proposals based on customer needs, consumer insights, and customer decision criteria using a storytelling approach. Create and execute strategic joint business planning and reporting for business partners and internal stakeholders. Analyze insights and analytics to drive business decisions, and acquire in-depth knowledge of customer channels to become a trusted subject matter expert. Generate, manage, and execute complex, high-impact partnership contracts and programs. Conduct thorough cost-benefit analyses of high-value partnerships and lead cross-functional teams to analyze business performance and shape successful initiatives. Direct new program implementation and national account rollouts, ensuring alignment with enterprise priorities. Act as a representative for both the customer and the company.
Qualifications
1. Bachelor's degree required. 2. Demonstrated experience working with cruise lines is essential. 3. 8+ years of direct B2B sales or general management experience at Fortune 500 companies or premium/luxury brands. 4. 3+ years of national program management experience. 5. 3+ years of experience in complex contract negotiations. 6. Foundational financial acumen required. 7. Preference for Florida-based candidates, with periodic travel to cruise line locations. 8. Functional knowledge of marketing, operations, finance, and competitive strategy. 9. Ability to adapt strategies and plans in an ambiguous environment. 10. Knowledge of Request for Proposal (RFP) processes. 11. Skilled in simplifying complex material for effective communication.
