Job Description
Manage all facets of the coding quality initiative, encompassing the creation and oversight of standard operating procedures, sampling techniques, scoring methodologies, and performance management protocols. Monitor quality assurance scores for offshore coding resources across various specialties and clients, guaranteeing precision and adherence to standards. Deliver insights to operational teams and facilitate the formulation of corrective strategies grounded in quality review discoveries. Scrutinize patterns from both prospective and retrospective assessments to pinpoint educational deficits and steer training endeavors for offshore coding personnel. Formulate and execute client-centric quality assurance blueprints, incorporating continuous monitoring, remediation tactics, and follow-up measures. Generate client-oriented reports encapsulating quality metrics, trends, and allied action agendas. Engage synergistically with business divisions to cultivate a cohesive team dynamic bolstering client prerequisites and coder efficacy. Function as a subject matter authority for coding queries, particularly in Ambulatory Surgery Centers and Professional Fee Services.
Qualifications
1. Possess 5-7 years of coding proficiency. 2. Have 1-2 years of leadership exposure. 3. Accumulate 3 years of experience in quality assurance auditing. 4. Exhibit outstanding communication and interpersonal aptitudes. 5. Demonstrate exceptional organizational prowess and task management capabilities, adept at juggling numerous projects and competing priorities. 6.
