Manager, Client Success – RAD
Job Description
As a Manager, Client Success, you will: * Act as a liaison between Ventra Health and clients, facilitating communication and information exchange. * Manage all aspects of client accounts to maximize collections and revenue. * Provide contracted management services, addressing and minimizing potential problems. * Collaborate with stakeholders to resolve escalated issues effectively. * Lead recurring client meetings to review performance metrics and enhance client satisfaction. * Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring responsiveness and support. * Proactively analyze radiology RCM performance to identify areas for improvement. * Coach, mentor, and develop Client Success team members, fostering professional growth. * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support client performance and strategic initiatives. * Support new client implementations, ensuring a smooth onboarding process and clear communication.
Qualifications
To succeed in this Manager, Client Success role, you should possess: 1. High School Diploma or GED. 2. Bachelor’s Degree in business, healthcare management, or a related field is preferred. 3. A minimum of three to five years (3-5) of experience in healthcare, revenue cycle management, or a related field. 4. Basic familiarity with medical billing and terminology. 5. Ability to interpret and apply state/federal laws, regulations, and policies. 6. Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with diverse personalities in a tactful, mature, and professional manner. 7. Adaptability to thrive in a collaborative and fast-paced environment. 8. Commitment to delivering high-quality service excellence with keen attention to detail. 9. Proven leadership/management skills to manage, motivate, and set expectations with team members. 10. Strong presentation development and delivery skills. 11. In-depth knowledge of RCM, accounting, and/or finance principles. 12. Exceptional customer service and customer-facing skills. 13. Sound judgment and effective problem-solving capabilities. 14. Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills. 15. Strong time management, organizational, and decision-making skills. 16. Proficiency in Outlook and RCM software or equivalent workflow management tools.
