Job Description

As a Manager of Business Development, you'll drive revenue for Colliers by creating client-ready presentations and business reviews. You will work with executives and sales teams to turn strategies into customized materials. Responsibilities include coordinating resources, managing timelines, ensuring quality, and collaborating with marketing, design, and research teams. You'll also develop proposal content showcasing Colliers' services and resolve RFP issues, while managing national initiatives to support business development goals.

Qualifications

1. Bachelor’s degree or 8-10 years' marketing experience is required, with prior experience in commercial real estate. 2. Experience with platforms like SharePoint, Smartsheet, and Marketing Cloud is preferred. 3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) is essential. 4. Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Express, Acrobat) is beneficial. 5. You should possess strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills, especially in business writing. 6. Self-motivation and strong attention to detail is a must. 7. The ability to manage priorities, deliver projects on time, and interface with executives is required. 8. A strong work ethic and the ability to thrive in a dynamic, demanding environment with critical deadlines is important.
