Job Description

Join CVS Health as a Business Consultant, serving as a trusted advisor and strategic partner to business and operational leaders. Support the identification, analysis, and execution of initiatives driving improvements in performance, efficiency, and customer outcomes. Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to understand business needs, assess current processes, and design data-driven solutions aligned with organizational strategy and operational priorities. Lead process improvement, operating model design, and change implementation to translate business challenges into actionable recommendations and ensure on-time delivery with tangible business value.

Qualifications

1. Requires 3-7 years in business consulting, business analysis, operations, process improvement, or program delivery within a matrixed organization. 2. Must be able to assess complex problems, analyze data, identify root causes, and develop actionable, data-driven recommendations. 3. Experience partnering with cross-functional stakeholders to lead initiatives driving operational improvements, cost savings, and customer experience enhancements is essential. 4. Ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously and deliver results within defined timelines is critical. 5. Proficiency with QuickBase, Excel, and other MS applications is necessary. 6. Experience creating Salesforce dashboards and reports is expected. 7. A Bachelor's degree is preferred or equivalent experience.
