Job Description
Collaborates with Account Executives to uphold high service standards. Drive cross-sell growth, achieve retention targets, and maintain high customer satisfaction. Execute strategic plans, develop proactive service plans, and educate customers on CVS Health policies. Identify and resolve service issues proactively.
Qualifications
1. 5-10 years of experience in cross-selling and achieving growth/retention targets. 2. 5-10 years of building collaborative partnerships with sales teams for comprehensive growth strategies. 3. Must obtain an Insurance license for Life and Health Producer within 90 days of hire. 4. Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience required.
