Major Gifts Manager

Job Description

The Major Gifts Manager will report to the Prospect Development Manager and is a crucial member of the Midwest Development Operations team. This role is responsible for driving major gift fundraising success within two Midwest Business Units (BUs). The Manager works towards the program's strategic priorities by developing and implementing tactics for approved plans. In this role you'll collaborate with a centralized Global Development Prospect Management Team to manage, research, and prioritize the prospect portfolio. The manager also organizes and helps lead team pipeline meetings monthly.

Qualifications

1. Bachelor’s degree and 3 years related experience or equivalent combination. 2. Experience coordinating projects. 3. Experience generating reports and analyzing and interpreting data. 4. Experience with current technology in relevant field. 5. Experience working across departments. 6. Experience, coursework, or other training in principles and practices of relevant field.
