Job Description

Join our team as a Magento Developer and play a crucial role in enhancing our customer's business. As a skilled developer, you'll implement new features, focusing on extending and maintaining our order import and processing pipeline. Build and maintain integrations with Glopal's external APIs, ensuring seamless communication and functionality. Write unit and integration tests, maintaining high code quality and addressing any operational issues that may arise.

Qualifications

1. 2+ years of professional Magento 2 backend development experience. 2. Solid understanding of Magento's Dependency Injection system (constructor injection, virtual types, preferences, plugins, observers). 3. Experience with the repository pattern, resource models, and schema upgrades. 4. Practical knowledge of extending the Magento checkout flow (totals, validators). 5. PHP 8 proficiency including interfaces, strict types, SOLID principles. 6. Experience writing PHPUnit tests (unit and integration) with mocks and stubs. 7. Comfortable consuming REST APIs in PHP and working with JSON-based DTOs. 8. Proficiency in Git, Composer, and Docker for day-to-day development workflow. 9. Excellent written and spoken English, comfortable with working in an international environment.
